5-axis machining centre C 22 MT GEN2

Highly integrated complete machining for demanding manufacturing tasks

The C 22 MT combines milling and turning in one machine, thereby supporting a wide range of applications. Workpieces measuring up to 320 mm in diameter can be machined efficiently and precisely. Moreover, workpieces weighing up to 300 kg and 150 kg can be milled and turned respectively.

5-axis machining centre C 12 GEN2 with robot system RS 05-2

The C 12 GEN2 is the most compact HERMLE machining centre from its High-Performance-Line and, despite its minimum installation area, delivers maximum precision, dynamic performance and efficiency when machining cubic parts weighing up to 100 kg with the adapted robot system RS 05-2

The robot system RS 05-2 handles workpieces weighing up to 10 kg while at the same time storing a large number of individual parts in a wide variety of storage modules.

5-axis machining centre C 62 U MT

"State of the Art" CNC machining – this is what the C 62 / C 62 MT GEN2 stands for as the top model of the HERMLE High-Performance Line.

For the first time in North America, the C 62 U MT will be on display, machining one of the largest demo pieces in the HERMLE booth. Big machine, big project and one big surprise. 

5-axis machining center C 250 GEN2 with handling system HS flex hybrid

The C 250 GEN2 is a compact entry-level model from the HERMLE Performance-Line and offers the largest working area in relation to its installation area thanks to its wide swivelling range, optimal utilisation of space and efficient chip management. At the same time, it stands out due to its exceptional precision, energy-efficient design and user-friendly features for everyday operation.

The C 250 is equipped with an HS flex hybrid handling system and is machining a cuckoo clock LIVE at IMTS.

5-axis machining centre C 400 GEN2

The C 400 from the Performance Line series combines innovative technology, high efficiency, and maximum reliability in a compact solution. The C 400 will be machining a structural component programmed using Tebis CAD/CAM software, showcasing precision and process reliability in a demanding application.
