5-axis machining centre C 12 GEN2

Designed for machining cubic parts up to 100 kg, it is more than a match for larger models.

Robot system RS 05-2

The robot system handles workpieces weighing up to 10 kg, while at the same time storing a large number of individual parts in a wide variety of storage modules.
Available for the HERMLE machining centres C 250, C 400, C 12, C 22 and C 32.

5-axis machining centre C 32 GEN2

From the High-Performance Line series with the robot system RS 2 GEN2. With the GEN2 version of the robot system RS 2, we are taking automation to a whole new level, once again.

Compact, highly modular robot system with a load capacity of 210 kg.
Available for the machining centres C 250, C 400, C 650, C 22, C 32 and C 42.

5-axis machining centre C 400 GEN2

From the Performance Line series with the handling system HS flex hybrid. With the handling system HS flex hybrid, HERMLE is taking the previous handling system HS flex to the next level of performance.

HS flex hybrid

For the economic production of components weighing up to 450 kg. The system transports both pallets and vises from the setup station to the storage modules or the working area.

5-axis machining centre C 42 MT GEN2

The machining centre C 42 GEN2 from the High-Performance Line is an effective gateway into 5-axis technology and HERMLE MT technology – thereby evolving seamlessly into a high-performance milling and turning centre.

Turning technology component

A technology component featuring an array of turning technologies is machined on the C 42 MT GEN2.
These "turning cycles" in detail: Bright turning, eccentric turning, taper turning, out-of-round turning of a polygon contour, contour broaching of any 2D contour, simultaneous turning of the inner contour, thread turning, recess turning, power skiving, QR code drilling.
