RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules for Field Service Engineers, ensuring efficient routing and timely service delivery
  • Schedule service calls, maintenance visits, and installations based on technician availability, location and customer needs
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, answering general scheduling questions and providing service updates
  • Enter and maintain accurate service data, customer information and scheduling details within company systems 
  • Monitor schedules and adjust as needed to accommodate urgent service requests, cancellations or schedule changes
  • Communicate effectively with Field Service Engineers regarding schedule updates, job details and customer requirements
  • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling, data entry and documentation
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested

     

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Professional Interaction with customers and phone communication is a must
  • Office-based position with frequent phone and computer use
